IND-452: In an original return, the Primary SSN in the Return Header must not be the same as the TIN of a previously accepted electronic Individual return for the same tax period.
What does this IRS reject code mean?
This means that the IRS records indicate that a return has already been created and submitted with that SSN for the same tax year. If the information is correct and you do not believe a tax return was filed elsewhere, the return will need to be paper filed and we suggest contacting the IRS.
Disclaimer: Please contact the IRS regarding tax return rejections if you are experiencing issues. Our support team takes quality customer support seriously but unfortunately we can only assist you with issues regarding the tax software.
