Requesting the Deletion of a Return
If you need to have a return removed from your ProTaxPro.com account, you must submit a written request to our Support Team through the Secured Email page.
Once your request is received, our team will review the return and determine whether it is eligible for deletion. Only returns that meet our deletion requirements may be removed from your account.
To request the deletion of an Unfiled return, please send a secure message that includes the following information:
- Taxpayer's full name
- Taxpayer's Social Security Number (SSN)
- Tax year
- The reason for requesting the return be deleted.
Our Support Team will review your request and respond through via our secured email communication on with the outcome or any additional information that may be required.
