If you are experiencing difficulty signing in to your ProTaxPro.com account, this article provides instructions to help you reset your password and regain access.
Create a New Password
1) Go to our log in page at ProTaxPro.com account, and enter your Username, Email, or Mobile Number and select Continue.
2) On the Welcome Back screen, select Forgot Password.
3) Re-enter your Email or Username and select Continue.
4) A confirmation message will appear prompting you to check your email.
5) Open the password reset email and select the password reset link to continue the process.
6) You will then be prompted to select a Security Verification method to verify your identity, then click Continue.
7) Check the email or text message for the verification method you selected, enter the verification code you received, and then select Continue.
8) Create a new password that meets the password requirements, re-enter the password and select Continue.

9) A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may return to the log in page and sign in to your ProTaxPro.com account using your new password.
