How to enroll for bank products on ProTaxPro.com
- From your Dashboard, select My Account
- Select to Manage your Bank Products
- Select to Edit the Bank Enrollment
- Complete the bank enrollment pages and Bank Agreement signature
- On the Bank Enrollment page, select Submit
The bank you submit an enrollment for will contact you for updates regarding your bank enrollment. Please contact your bank for additional questions regarding your enrollment status and next steps.
ProTaxPro.com supports bank enrollments for the following four banks:
- Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG)
- Refundo
- EPS Financial
- Refund Advantage
Each bank requires you to meet certain eligibility requirements to offer their different bank product offerings. Your prior year(s) tax experience may be taken into consideration when the bank is considering the bank product offerings you are eligible for. For details on eligibility requirements, please contact your preferred bank.
