Restarting the Interview Mode
The Restart Interview feature allows you to revisit the Interview Mode from the beginning and work through the interview screens again.
Important: Restarting the Interview Mode does not delete the information that has already been entered into the return. Instead, it takes you back through the interview pages, where you can review and update your responses as needed.
1) Enter the desired return on the ProTaxPro.com dashboard. Once on the Navigation page, select the Settings, located under Tax Returns & Filing Maintenance.
2) Select Restart Interview, then confirm that you would like to restart the interview process.
Please Note: Restarting the Interview Mode will only restart the Interview Mode that was originally selected. It will not allow you to choose a different Interview Mode.
