Restarting the Interview Mode
The Restart Interview feature allows you to revisit the Interview Mode from the beginning and work through the interview screens again.
Important: Restarting the Interview Mode does not delete the information that has already been entered into the return. Instead, it takes you back through the interview pages, where you can review and update your responses as needed.
1) Log in to your ProTaxPro.com account, enter the desired return by selecting to Enter Return.
2) On the right side of the Navigation Page, under Tax Returns & Filing Maintenance, select Settings.
3) Select Restart Interview.
4) Select Yes, Restart The Interview to confirm.
Please Note: Restarting the Interview Mode will only restart the Interview Mode that was originally selected. It will not allow you to choose a different Interview Mode.
